Schedule shifts included morning, afternoon and evening departures and weekend runs.This job entails a mix of City&Highway driving within Southwestern Ontario including the GTA area.This position will be based out of our Guelph location located at 950 Southgate Dr, Guelph, ON N1L 1S7.What we do:Our drivers safely deliver dry and temperature-controlled products to Tim Hortons restaurants in Southwestern Ontario. We operate 7 days per week nearly 24 hours per day using a variety of trailer sizes to meet delivery demands and constraints.Roles and Responsibilities:Completing Tim Hortons restaurant deliveries while operating Company equipment in a safe and professional manner at all timesProviding outstanding customer service and support to restaurant employeesPerforming Pre/Post- trip inspectionsCompleting all appropriate regulatory and Company documentationOffloading products using a powered tailgate and powered driver walkieVerifying order accuracy and assisting store employees with bringing the products into the restaurantHandling inquiries and or concerns from owners/customers professionallyEnsuring food safety and food defense standards are followedResponsible for general cleaning and yard duties as requiredRequired Skills:Valid AZ License with minimum 1 year of experience operating AZ equipmentClean Driver’s Abstract and CVORExperience with operating lift truck / powered walkie, powered tailgate and B-Train, is preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (Both verbal and written)Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)Ability and willingness to work in marked temperature changesBenefits:Starting from your first day you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:Extended Health Care BenefitsOut of Country MedicalPrescription MedicationDentalLife Insurance for Employee, Spouse, and ChildrenAD&D Insurance for Employee, Spouse, and ChildrenShort-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance for the EmployeePension and RRSP plansPaid personal daysFitness Subsidy BenefitUniform and boot allowanceEngagement-oriented cultureCompensation:Starting hourly rate of $33.69 with progressive increases over 3 years to current top rate of $39.33 (not including applicable premium(s).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan, based on individual and company performance metrics.RBI and its subsidiaries use automated tools, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance candidate experience, help review applications and supportthe hiring process.
