Immediate, open position $31.97 - $47.02 per hour Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology (3-year Robot or Automation Program) 3 years of experience with automation equipment and automated process equipment 3 years of experience with calibration and closed‑loop process controlExperience with mechanical and electrical tools Proficiency with 3D math data and SolidWorks Strong knowledge of ABB Robotics S4P and IRC5 platforms Strong knowledge of ABB Robot Studio programming Strong knowledge of various network tools and troubleshooting Ability to interpret fluid, pneumatic and electrical schematicsAsset knowledge of conveyor tracking and Allen Bradley PLCs Knowledge of hazardous environment classifications Dynamic and willing to work any shift, weekdays, weekends, or holidays Responsibilities
Calibrate and maintain ABB Robot Studio simulation environment High‑level robotic programming, implementation, and troubleshooting of paint process Focus on continuous improvement for material and energy savings Design and manage equipment predictive maintenance programs and processes Support maintenance during equipment repairs and validationMaintain all paint programming software, application files and computer backups Proactively identify and correct issues with cycle time and robot collisions Support new equipment installations Create technotes and training documentation Create and maintain recovery, homing and dynamic test procedures and programsCoordinate with external suppliers on equipment and product problems or issues Perform other duties as assigned Awareness, Unity, Empowerment
