Auto Body Estimator at Assured Automotive, Courtice

Become a pivotal member of Assured Automotive as an Auto Body Estimator, providing exceptional customer service while assessing vehicle damages and creating detailed estimates. This on-site role ensures smooth coordination with customers and insurance companies.

In this position, you will focus on customer experience and accurate assessment of repairs. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least one year of experience in DRP compliance. You will be using advanced estimating systems like Audatex and Mitchell to generate accurate estimates.

Key Responsibilities:• Update ASE data efficiently during customer interactions • Provide timely information to guide customers through repairs • Ensure compliance with insurance processes and metrics • Communicate effectively with team members regarding customer needs • Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent • At least 1 year of compliance experience with DRP’s • Basic computer proficiency • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Google Calendars • Knowledge of repair management systems like Mitchell and Audatex
