TalentWorld is recruiting a Toolroom Supervisor in Guelph, Ontario for one of its valued manufacturing partners. If you’re exploring new opportunities in tooling, die making, and manufacturing leadership, this role could be an excellent fit. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Supervise and coordinate daily Toolroom operations and workload Troubleshoot tooling and production‑related issues Review and prioritize work orders across shifts Support tooling improvements and cost‑reduction initiatives Coordinate tooling purchases and outsourced tooling requirements Participate in tooling reviews and production improvement meetingsEnsure compliance with Health&Safety policies and procedures Support employee training, inspections, and departmental housekeeping standards Toolroom Supervisor Qualifications:

Certified Tool&Die Maker Minimum 3 years of experience with Press Brake, Shear, and Punch Press equipment Previous leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing Strong welding, torch cutting, and die making skills Hands‑on press operating and troubleshooting experience Robust understanding of manufacturing Health&Safety requirements Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within our client’s organization.
