At Gateway, we’re looking for a highly organized, delivery-focused Release Manager / Scrum Master to help drive the successful delivery of our core platform, Paws eTrack.
If you’re passionate about Agile delivery, structured releases, and keeping teams aligned and moving, this role puts you right at the center of it all.
What You’ll Do
Own and coordinate end‑to‑end release cycles
Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Manage sprint capacity, forecasting, and delivery timelines
Ensure backlog readiness in partnership with Product Management
Identify risks early and keep delivery on track
Communicate release plans, timelines, and impacts clearly to stakeholders
Coordinate across Engineering, QA, IT Operations, and business teams
What You Bring
4–7 years of experience in release management, Scrum Master, or project coordination roles
Hands‑on experience supporting Agile software development teams
Strong experience managing releases across multiple environments
Proven ability to work across cross‑functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product)
Key Skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies and keeping teams aligned
Ability to track dependencies, manage risks, and drive accountability
Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through
Tools You’ll Use
Jira (or similar Agile tools)
Confluence or documentation platforms
Collaboration tools like Teams or Slack
Release tracking tools
Nice to Have
Experience working with retail or operational platforms
Order management, logistics, or supply chain systems
Customer‑facing software
Environments with frequent, structured release cycles
