Credit and Collection Agent (Remote - Boucherville)

We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written. Position is REMOTE : The selected candidate must reside within 250 km of our BOUCHERVILLE (Qc) office. Become a member of our credit management team and make a difference to our financial performance! Use your negotiating flair and analytical expertise to manage customer accounts and meet a variety of challenges, in a dynamic working environment.

GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES :

Credit and collection of accounts opened for RONA stores:· Approve credit requests while following the company’s credit guidelines. · Collection of past due accounts. · Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up with the customer. Advise the sales representative when their intervention in required to collect.· Suspend and reevaluate the credit line on accounts when needed. · Apply the contract denunciation process when necessary- Legal hypothec of construction · Participate in various related projects.

REQUIREMENTS :

· Having a college diploma in administration or in a related field · Possessing a minimum of two to four (2-4) years of experience in similar tasks · Autonomous, dynamic and skilled in communication. · Customer service and result oriented · Focus on teamwork · Good expertise of Microsoftoffice software· Knowledge in the field of construction business an asset
