As a critical team member, you will support cross-functional teams in the execution of digital merchandising plans. Your responsibilities will include monitoring product performance and determining actionable insights to ensure alignment with company strategies. Strong analytical abilities are essential to drive continuous improvements in product assortments.
Key Responsibilities:• Support the execution of merchandising team initiatives • Manage vendor relationships to facilitate collaboration • Analyze market trends to identify areas for growth • Deliver regular data reports to track performance • Manage distinct product assortments and categories
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or similar required • At least 2 years in Online Merchandising or related areas • Expertise in Microsoft Excel • Highly analytical with data interpretation skills • Experience with web analytics preferred
