Hybrid Workplace Policy

Associates must have reliable transportation to and from our corporate head office located in Boucherville (Quebec) for regular office attendance.

All head office associates must be proficient in French, spoken and written.

Work arrangement: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.

Role Summary

The manager is responsible for the integrity of operational data relating to products and suppliers, covering all company requirements.

Collaboration with the merchandising sector ensures data alignment with the merchandising strategy.

Ensuring compliance with parameters across legal, supply chain, logistics, importation, store operations, and finance departments.

Responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle, product maintenance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team in data management for products and suppliers.

Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures to continually optimise the efficiency and integrity of data.

Establish and maintain strong partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders.

Contribute to the improvement of IT systems and set priorities in data management.

Prioritise the team’s work to meet established deadlines.

Take an active part in various company projects and initiatives, and set their timelines.

Develop dashboards to measure the effectiveness and quality of data and the team.

Actively participate in the professional development of resources under their responsibility.
