We provide comprehensive operational, engineering and customer support solutions, including maintenance, refurbishment, technical publications, and marketing and sales activities for the global regional aircraft industry.Position Summary
The Maintenance Program Analyst will develop and optimize scheduled maintenance requirements for the CRJ aircraft family. Responsibilities
Be an integral part of the maintenance engineering team, aligning priorities with business objectives. Review, maintain and develop new scheduled maintenance requirements by applying MSG-3 principles. Present MSG-3 analyses and technical presentations related to scheduled maintenance at Industry Steering Committee (ISC) meetings.Support task and interval justification using in-service maintenance data, cost and reliability information. Define and implement preventive and corrective actions in response to in-service findings, in accordance with established MSG-3 practices. Regularly participate in customer and regulatory events to support continuous improvement of scheduled maintenance requirements and cost-reduction activities.Prepare and deliver technical presentations at various customer and regulatory events. Respond to internal and external requests for deliverables such as analyses, impact and cost estimates, and program proposals. Collect and analyze scheduled maintenance records, review PIREP/MAREP information and perform in-depth analysis of in-service data to optimize maintenance programs.Collaborate with MHIRJ engineering, suppliers and operators to establish effective maintenance requirements and intervals. Work with specific operators to tailor their maintenance programs to their operational characteristics. Work closely with aviation authorities to obtain approval for scheduled maintenance.Occasional travel may be required for this role. Requirements
Good understanding of MSG-3 principles and the Maintenance Review Board (MRB) and ISC review processes. Proven proficiency in applying MSG-3 principles according to established guidance. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines. Quick, creative thinking in a dynamic and evolving business environment.Strong analytical skills and statistical experience to solve engineering problems. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; the role requires regular communication with colleagues, customers or partners outside Quebec. Strong presentation skills and comfort speaking before an audience.Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Benefits
