POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Les Richeloises, a warm and welcoming private residence for seniors, is looking for a server to join its team. Working in a residence is more than a job; it's a life experience. This is an opportunity to be recognized and valued, to participate in the continuous improvement of the service, and to make a significant difference in the daily lives of seniors!

Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, daytime hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and weekends as needed.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

All other related tasks

Assist residents with any deficiencies related to services provided by the residence

Be available to respond to emergencies

Change light bulbs in the common areas

Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior

Make service calls

Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs

Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset.

Minimum of one year's experience in a similar position.

Training in the field, an asset
