Building Maintenance Worker, Mont-Saint-Hilaire

Inspect the premises and check equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met and that all systems function properly

Adjust and maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems

Carry out minor repairs and, if necessary, call in subcontractors and oversee their work

Perform routine maintenance and repairs, such as painting, plumbing and woodwork, and meet work schedules

Ensure corporate vehicles are maintained

Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements

Relevant experience in building maintenance

Valid driver’s licence

Minimal knowledge of MS Office Suite applications

Available to travel to and from our offices in the Greater Montréal area

Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English‑speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects

Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec

Asset: experience in maintenance work or building mechanics
