Forecast materials needs to supply chain and analyze in transit Assist Warehouse with coordination of storage locations Provide continuous improvement actions related to supply chain processes Analyze all internal transfer and receiving data entry Analyze forecasts, manage components required for production scheduleOperation of daily, weekly and monthly MRPII/ERP processes Inventory control analysis for all WIP, cycle counts, variance analysis and problem resolution; preparation and keying of related inventory transactions Physical Inventory– preparation, counting/auditing counts, variance analysis Actively participate in procedure development and in implementing new processes, methods and software programs; perform system test work as needed to accomplish thisBack up for other Material Analyst as required Other duties as assigned by the Materials Manager Travel between plants for inventory counts, meetings, etc. Attend Schedule meeting daily Complete runouts for past due or increases– elevate to Ops and Materials with direction Work with CSR on costs that need to be charged back to customerQualifications

1 year experience in inventory/production control, purchasing or scheduling, preferably in the automotive sector Proficient in the use of Core MRP and inventory control functions within TRANS4M Understanding and experience with Blackhawk Scan to Location EEO Statement
