Customer Service / Tech Support Rep (Bilingual: English / French)– On-Site Customer Service/Tech Support Rep engages with customers (in English and French) through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related toclient products and services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)
Responsibilities
Communicate, written and spoken, with callers in both English and French.
Assist external users of the client's technical products or services; identify, investigate, research and provide resolution to user questions and problems.
Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature; including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products.
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
Provide exceptional customer service to small businesses with their financial program. Provide Cross or Base-Up Sales when appropriate.
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
Qualifications
Must have relevant technical support experience with hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, repair, etc., one year or more preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must have at least one year customer service experience.
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
Eagerness to learn new technologies.
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
Able to rotate shifts, as needed.
Benefits
The base salary for this position is $25/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
