Become a key member of our Belleville location as a Freight Dispatcher/CSR. This full-time role focuses on managing freight logistics and ensuring efficient shipping processes.

You will broker loads for Canadian and US clients, negotiates carrier rates, and oversee the entire dispatch cycle. Attention to detail and a customer service orientation are critical, as you'll maintain tracking, book appointments, and resolve shipping issues. Your proactive approach will help maintain our high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:• Enter customer loads accurately into the system • Negotiate and communicate with carrier partners • Create loading manifests for seamless dock operations • Track broker orders and update clients on ETA • Handle load confirmations and appointment schedules

Requirements:• High School Diploma or Equivalent • 2-3 years in the transportation field • Strong communication skills and customer focus • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
