Key Responsibilities:• Develop and manage maintenance programs for converting assets • Lead root cause failure analysis and corrective actions • Implement Lean and continuous improvement tools • Resolve manufacturing process and equipment bottlenecks • Support upskilling of Maintenance Technicians

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering • 3–5 years in reliability engineering or related experience • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques • Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting • Strong communication and analytical skills
