Join our interprofessional team as an Administrative Assistant. Utilize your organizational expertise to support executive leadership and optimize corporate governance functions in a part-time capacity.
This role focuses on providing essential administrative and operational support to the Executive Director and managers. You will coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and assist in governance activities. With an emphasis on confidentiality and detail, you'll play a significant role in daily organizational operations, partnering efficiently with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide daily support to Executive Director • Coordinate and prepare Board meeting materials • Record high-quality minutes for meetings • Maintain and organize confidential files • Assist with corporate policies and HR tasks
Requirements:• Education in Office Administration or related field • 3+ years supporting senior leadership • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications • Strong communication and detail-oriented skills • Experience in healthcare or governance setting beneficial
