Are you an experienced Mold Maintenance Technician with a strong background in tool repair, preventative maintenance, and manufacturing support?We’re hiring a licensed Mold Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing organization. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining, repairing, and supporting production tooling to ensure optimal operational performance and minimal downtime. You will play a key role in supporting productionefficiency, mold reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Mold Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:Ensure all assigned Mold Repair Orders are logged into the CMMS system and completed in a timely mannerCollaborate with Production Supervisors to prioritize urgent tool repairs during night shifts and weekendsMaintain spare parts inventory and required operating supplies for assigned tooling areasMaintain accurate tool drawings and repair procedures for all molds and toolingInspect new molds and tools alongside tooling engineers to ensure build quality and compliance with required standardsComplete preventative maintenance on molds and related production equipmentFabricate and maintain fixtures as requiredMaintain and repair End of Arm (EOA) toolingKeep detailed and accurate records of tooling changes, repairs, and maintenance activitiesSupport troubleshooting and repair efforts to minimize production downtimeTravel between plant locations and off-site training facilities as requiredSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the tooling and maintenance departmentsPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by managementMold Maintenance Technician Qualifications:Must be licensed with the Skills Ontario, Mould Maker, Millwright or ElectricianPrevious experience in mold maintenance, tooling repair, or manufacturing maintenance environmentsStrong understanding of preventative maintenance practices and tooling repair processesExperience working with CMMS systems for maintenance tracking and work ordersAbility to read and interpret tool drawings and technical documentationExperience maintaining molds, fixtures, and End of Arm (EOA) toolingStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFlexible to support night shifts, weekends, and production priorities as requiredAbility to travel between facilities and training locationsEmployment Details:$45.34/hour12 hour continental shiftPermanent full-time opportunitySupportive and team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment and toolingCareer growth and development opportunitiesApply now and grow your career in a role where your technical expertise and maintenance skills will directly contribute to production efficiency and operational success!This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within one of our client organizations.Accommodation is available upon request to support your participation during all stages of the recruitment process.TalentWorld is a Canadian leader in staffing, offering diverse opportunities for professional growth, flexible schedules, and career advancement.
