Key Responsibilities:• Assist in onboarding and training new associates • Coach associates on customer service fundamentals • Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines • Perform opening and closing procedures efficiently • Communicate performance feedback to management

Requirements:• 1+ years of experience in retail apparel • Proven leadership capabilities among peers • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Experience with POS management and banking procedures • Availability for varied shifts, including weekends
