The Plant Manager– Non-Refining Operations is central to enhancing productivity at the Belleville site. Key Responsibilities:• Directly manage the manufacturing and maintenance teams • Enforce HSE compliance and safety standards • Lead process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma • Formulate procedures to optimize production efficiency • Maintain high-level product quality and safety compliance

Requirements:• 5-10 years of relevant management experience • Experience in the food industry preferred • Knowledge of HACCP and quality standards • Hands-on safety management experience • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
