This Registered Practical Nurse role focuses on providing comprehensive care in a supportive environment with RNs, PSWs, and clinical specialists. Responsibilities include assessing patients, implementing treatments, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. You will help educate patients while ensuring compliance with nursing standards and provincial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide patient care in an interprofessional environment • Perform necessary nursing assessments and treatments • Educate and support patients and their families • Maintain nursing records according to guidelines • Contribute to hospital quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:• Current, valid Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Completion of Coronary Care 1 or equivalent within six months • Current CPR, BLS, or BCLS certification • Ability to manage a physically demanding workload • Ongoing commitment to professional development
