PepsiCo is seeking a Project Leader responsible for managing substantial capital and continuous improvement projects valued at $5 million or more. This role requires expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and team coordination. You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout each project stage.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end project management for food initiatives • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets • Prepare engineering specifications and maintain documentation • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and environmental regulations • Supervise contractors during equipment installation and startup

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline • Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience • Proven track record with capital projects of $5M+ • Strong technical and analytical skills • Proficiency with MS Office 365 and AutoCAD
