Key Responsibilities:• Enter and update data in the CRM database • Create and distribute financial and activity reports • Ensure daily balancing between donations and bank deposits • Support donors with timely tax receipt distribution • Coordinate with various online donation platforms
Requirements:• Post-secondary education or relevant experience • Experience with administrative tasks in a similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks • Communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
