This full-time temporary position is contracted until April 30, 2027, offering a salary between $111,220.20 and $135,207.80 annually. You will provide clinical services, assess patient needs, and uphold a trauma-informed approach while working in a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform health assessments and deliver treatments • Manage same-day appointments and home visitations • Engage with clients through a client-centered care approach • Participate in clinical protocol development and quality improvement • Mentor students and other healthcare learners

Requirements:• Valid RN (EC) license from College of Nurses of Ontario • Experience in primary healthcare settings preferred • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to work with pressured community resources • Flexibility for evening shifts and on-call responsibilities
