We are currently seeking a full-time Sanitor to join our team at our JBS Ontario facility in Belleville, ON. Role

As a Sanitor, you are part of a team producing retail-ready fresh meat products for our customers. These products include beef, pork, veal, ground beef and fresh sausage products. This is a full-time permanent position. Responsibilities

Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE, such as hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and other safety equipment provided by the Employer). Work in environments that may be wet, humid, cold, hot, inside or outside, with slippery floors and loud ambient noise. Handle various chemicals, machinery, and production equipment.Perform duties in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motions, including hand scrubbing and running a hose to scrub walls, floors, tables, hallways and production equipment. Pull, push and lift sanitation equipment up to 50 pounds. Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment. Qualifications

High School Diploma required. 1 to less than 7 months of full-time work experience in a physically demanding job, similar to the food processing industry. Working knowledge of production equipment. Willingness to learn the proper, safe way to perform any task. Ability to understand and apply safe work practices and principles.A safety-first attitude. Motivated with core values of ownership, accountability and determination. Basic English skills. Ability to lift up to 23 kg. Work conditions and Physical Capabilities
