Territory Manager RRT / RN– Healthcare (Full Time) The Territory Manager identifies and develops sales opportunities by visiting key (targeted) physicians and referral sources to promote the company's products and services, conduct product training, participate in conferences and meetings, and may also be responsible forthe initiation of prescribed therapy in the Medigas office or the client home. This includes assessment, education, documentation, and follow‑up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop sales opportunities by visiting key physicians and referral sources to promote the company’s products and services.

Conduct respiratory equipment in‑service training sessions with community partners.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve sales targets.

Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in clients’ homes, including assessment, education, documentation, and follow‑up.

Deliver and exchange equipment in clients’ homes, which may involve heavy lifting of up to 60 lbs and long‑distance travel.

Conduct in‑office consultations with sleep and oxygen clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources while complying with safety standards.

Support the training and development of new employees as needed and participate in a regular on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse with current, valid registration.

Completed post‑secondary education.

Experience in the healthcare industry with working knowledge of home healthcare equipment and clinical services.

Prior sales and marketing experience is preferred.

Salary&Benefits This is an existing role with a starting annual salary of $72,000.
