Manufacturing Production Associate (Barrie)

We are looking for Permanent Production Associates to join our team. This role supports the direct production of innovative and unique water treatment devices including RO systems, Water Softeners, Water UV Systems. What We Do

Create water treatment products in a plant atmosphere, assembly of large to small plumbing plastic components, filling tanks with resins, quality inspections, and packaging to ship all over North America. Support a safety-focused culture to provide a better work experience for all employees. Produce safe, high-quality water treatment products that provide improved water quality for our customers.Day Shift, Monday to Friday Work location onsite. What We Need

High levels of accountability, passion and commitment towards your work, each and every day. Strong English communication skills to support comprehension of work instructions, policies and procedures. Supporter of a diverse, inclusive, and open-minded workplace culture. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or other fast-paced work environments.Capability to lift over 60 Lbs frequently. Mechanically inclined with experience in plumbing assembly. Have reliable transportation to Barrie area. What We Offer

Hourly Rate– Starting wage at $22.00, with regular increases based on service time. Benefits – Our group benefit plan covers medical and dental 50/50 payment plan.
