Key Responsibilities:• Operate a multi-line switchboard for incoming calls • Greet and assist clients with professionalism • Process emails, faxes, and deliveries promptly • Book and confirm property appointments • Type legal paperwork with accuracy
Requirements:• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve effectively • Typing skills of 55 wpm or higher
