Key Responsibilities:• Execute large-scale learning programs with the Lead LSA • Lead assigned complex initiatives with defined scopes • Document and manage project statuses and meetings • Collaborate on learner analytics and reporting • Address and troubleshoot learning queries and issues
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Minimum 7 years in HR analyst roles • Strong attention to detail and organization • Experience with executive presentations • Proficiency in using LMS and MS Office tools
