In this pivotal role, you'll report to the Director of Talent Innovation&Insights and shape Scotiabank’s global employee listening strategy. With over 10 years of HR experience, you'll leverage data and employee insights to inform business outcomes. Collaborate with HR partners to translate employee feedback into actionable plans that align with the bank’s values and risk culture.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute the global employee listening strategy • Design engagement and lifecycle surveys for comprehensive feedback • Create executive-level reports and presentations with insights • Act as a subject-matter expert for employee engagement initiatives • Coach stakeholders on connection between engagement and performance

Requirements:• 10+ years in HR and employee listening strategy • Proven track record in translating strategy into results • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Undergraduate degree in Business or HR; postgraduate is a plus • Spanish language capability is an asset
