This position is with Johnson&Johnson in the Innovative Medicine organization. We are searching for a Transcend: Process Manager, Global Trade Services (GTS) to join our Transcend program, a global business transformation effort that will modernize our Pharmaceutical ERP landscape. This hybrid role will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA) with potential consideration for other hubs such as Raritan, New Jersey; Toronto, Ontario; São José dos Campos, Brazil; or Bogotá, Colombia.Key Responsibilities

Process analysis&design: Document current/future GTS and Transcend Creative Medicine ERP (TIME) processes; translate business needs into standardized end-to-end process designs. Requirements-to-template translation: Convert requirements into ERP-standard templates and workflows; produce key process artifacts such as workflows, design decisions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Stakeholder engagement: Run or participate in workshops, interviews, and validation sessions; act as a regional point of contact for questions and feedback. Gap identification&continuous improvement: Identify process gaps and standardization opportunities; monitor performance and user feedback; drive improvements for efficiency, compliance, and usability. IT partnership&delivery support: Collaborate with IT and solution teams through configuration, testing, deployment, and demo approvals; support test case preparation and execution. Deployment readiness&stabilization: Support issue tracking and resolution through testing and release; contribute to cutover, hyper‑care, and site resource mobilization planning. Compliance alignment: Ensure designs align with global trade policies and requirements; create trade compliance and controls documentation.Operational documentation: Develop training materials, user documentation, business continuity plans, protocols, and summary reports; maintain governance artifacts. Risk and issue escalation: Surface and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to the GTS Value Stream Leader as needed. Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a high‑school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Certifications helpful: PMP, FPX, or equivalent project management; APICS; Lean or Six Sigma. Required experience (6+ years) in trade compliance and controls operations, business process design and optimization, and exposureto Global Trade ERP systems such as SAP.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a global, matrixed environment. Preferred: Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated industries; proven experience with large‑scale SAP ERP replacement projects; experience deploying standardized work processes, tools,and templates.Other: Proficiency in English; up to 50% domestic and international travel; requires ability to work on‑site a minimum of three days a week with up to two remote work days. Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated base pay range: $112,150.00 to $162,150.00 CAD for candidates hired in Canada. Additional performance bonus and local market compensation for hires outside Canada.
