Key Responsibilities:• Lead and mentor a senior engineering team • Drive modernization of the orchestration platform • Build scalable workflow infrastructure for various products • Improve platform performance and resiliency at scale • Stay hands-on during architecture discussions and coding

Requirements:• 6+ years of software engineering experience • Prior engineering management experience in a high-growth environment • Strong systems design background • Experience with developer platforms at scale • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
