In this permanent position, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries in both English and French. You will investigate issues, process orders, and ensure timely resolutions in a hybrid work environment. Your contribution will be pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:• Serve as primary contact for all ESC customers • Identify needs and provide accurate information and support • Investigate and resolve customer issues effectively • Manage orders and ensure accurate data entry • Maintain records and detailed notes in the Eservice system
Requirements:• Bilingual in English and French (oral and written) • Customer service experience in a call centre environment • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Comfortable with computers and software • Available for training shift from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
