Join Leon’s family-oriented team as a Full-Time Payroll Administrator in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves complete payroll processing and leveraging your Excel skills to support the HR department.
As a key member of Leon’s HR team, the Payroll Administrator will manage full cycle biweekly payroll for various employee types, including commission and hourly workers. Adeptness in intermediate Excel, alongside effective communication, is crucial for addressing payroll inquiries and maintaining compliance with Canadian payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities:• Process full cycle biweekly payroll for all employee types • Maintain time and attendance tracking system efficiently • Respond promptly to payroll inquiries from retail locations • Issue Records of Employment and generate payroll reports • Perform necessary accounting tasks as required
Requirements:• At least 5 years in a high-volume payroll environment • Familiarity with ADP, Kronos, and Workforce Now preferred • Knowledge of Canadian legislation and CRA requirements • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Bilingual French is an asset
