Job Title: Risk Management Lead

Location: Mississauga– Hybrid – 3 days/week Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide risk management activities, including risk identification, assessment, aggregation, and monitoring. Establish and guide risk targets aligned with organizational objectives. Partner with business units, Risk Owners, and senior leadership to develop risk response strategies and strengthen governance practices.Promote a proactive, organization-wide risk culture. Develop and enhance ERM frameworks, policies, standards, and training programs. Drive continuous improvement in risk maturity and management practices. Prepare and deliver enterprise risk reporting, including dashboards, corporate risk profiles, and Board-level presentations.Communicate emerging risks, trends, and mitigation progress clearly to stakeholders. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support key risk initiatives and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Experience

A period of over 8 years and up to and including 10 years is considered necessary to gain this experience. Experience in management consulting, technical and analytical knowledge and understanding. Experience in the development, coordination and management of projects along with strong business acumen, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to recognize and identify critical issues.Broad experience within the company and business unit environments to understand overall business, operations, processes, information systems and structure. Experience in identifying emerging business issues and business development initiatives and opportunities. Excellent communication skills and ability to advise the leadership team on complex, cross-functional issues and decisions that impact the organization’s risk exposure.Focus on operational efficiency and speed of execution for key priorities. Track record for creating a means for monitoring and communicating results that inspires continuous improvement. Self-directed, courageous, and highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build partnerships and generate consensus.
