Brand Manager, Wellness Brands (Contract) Location
Oakville ON - Hybrid (3 days in office) Employment type

Director, Wellness Brands Compensation
$90K+ (CDN) Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed brand plans and go-to-market strategies for the Wellness portfolio, balancing the priorities of marketplace nuances, DTC, social media and Sales/Trade Marketing demands. Leverage a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and consumer behavior to design growth plans that directly support organizational KPIs and brand health.Build strong creative briefs that clearly define campaign objectives, positioning and messaging. Identify and influence product innovation that supports brand and commercial objectives, executing line extensions&renovation (inclusive of core product stewardship initiatives) Partner with cross-functional teams to execute best-in-class campaigns and consumer journey various touchpoints. Responsible for delivering against the brand P&L, supporting revenue, share, and profitability targets. Manage Project Roadmap/Timeline, Budget Tracking, and Deliverables Lists with the support of an ABM. Qualifications
Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field 5+ years of brand and/or management experience, preferably within a consumer packaged goods workplace Highly developed quantitative business analysis skills A strong understanding of the diet and sports markets is an asset.Strong copywriting and presentation skills Proactive and able to continuously manage change in an extremely fast paced, energetic work environment Leadership and coaching skills; outstanding communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite Benefits
