Marketing Technology Solutions Lead

The Marketing Technology Solutions Lead bridges strategic marketing objectives with effective technological solutions. This role requires a strategic operator and problem‑solver who excels at understanding marketing challenges, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to enhance performance.Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and implement MarTech solutions focusing on workflow automation, AI integration, and operational efficiency across marketing channels. Develop cross‑channel MarTech strategy addressing needs across email, push notifications, digital advertising platforms, and other customer engagement points.Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization through process mining and stakeholder engagement, streamlining marketing workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Research and monitor MarTech developments, create proofs of concept for innovative experiences, and evaluate new technologies for potential impact.Integrate AI into marketing workflows, from creative processes to campaign execution and personalization. Lead end‑to‑end technical design, configuration, development, and implementation of MarTech solutions, including automations in ClickUp, internal tools in ReTool, and integration with systems such as Oracle Responsys and BigQuery.Monitor and optimize solution performance, reporting results and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Establish governance and best practices for platform usage, data governance, and system integrity. Define technical and business requirements for new tooling, evaluate vendors, and support RFP processes.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and provide training to marketing teams. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in MarTech, marketing operations, or related field with a track record of strategic problem‑solving and process optimization. Deep expertise in workflow automation and proficiency with low‑code platforms (ReTool) and enterprise automation tools (ClickUp Automations, Zapier).Proven ability to leverage AI strategically across workflow automation, creative applications, and personalization. Comprehensive knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem, including digital advertising platforms, email, and push notification channels. Strong understanding of data flow, modeling, and integration principles for platforms such as Oracle Responsys, BigQuery, and others.Experience defining technical/business requirements, leading vendor evaluations, and contributing to RFP processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills; ability to articulate complex concepts and build consensus across technical and non‑technical audiences. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Benefits&Extras
