Join Kia’s Barrie service department as a Service Advisor, where you will be the friendly face to our customers. Your skills will be essential in diagnosing vehicle issues and preparing thorough repair orders.

In this vital role, you will engage directly with customers to ascertain vehicle service needs and maintain accurate communication. Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, developing repair estimates, and maintaining rapport with customers throughout the process. Auto experience is a plus but not required, as excellent customer service is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:• Listen to customers to assess vehicle service needs • Verify warranty coverage and prepare repair orders • Develop accurate cost estimates for repairs and service • Maintain records of problems and corrective actions planned • Ensure consistent customer communication and support

Requirements:• 1-2 years in a customer service position • Valid G Driver’s License needed • Automotive experience preferred • Flexibility to work Saturdays and adjust hours • Strong interpersonal skills for customer interaction
