Join DePuy Synthes as a Customer Services Analyst and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction in Markham, Ontario. Utilize data and insights to streamline order management and service delivery.
The position supports the Supply Chain organization in maintaining customer relationships through timely data analysis and operational improvements. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and ideally have some background in customer service or analytical roles. You'll work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Analyze service metrics for operational insights • Ensure efficient workload distribution for service activity • Act as a liaison to resolve service-related issues • Support price quotations and order processing • Prepare internal reports and customer updates
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a relevant field • 0–2 years of customer service experience • Capability to analyze performance data effectively • Strong communication skills for team collaboration • Familiarity with reporting tools is beneficial
