This role applies your 3+ years of HR experience and expertise in HRIS systems, leave administration, and benefits management. The focus is on writing, producing HR documents, and creating deterministic rubrics for performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:• Build structured employee inquiry scenarios for policy and benefits • Create lifecycle event checklists for onboarding and off-boarding • Update HRIS data with defined before and after states • Develop benefits enrollment scenarios based on eligibility • Articulate reasoning clearlythrough HR artifacts and rubrics

Requirements:• 3+ years in HR or people operations • Proficiency in HRIS systems like Workday or BambooHR • Experience in leave and benefits administration • Strong written communication skills • SHRM-CP / PHR certification preferred
