As a key member of BlueCat’s Learning&Development Department, you will partner with various teams including Sales Leadership and Product Management to deliver comprehensive training programs. Your role will centralize around facilitating pre-sales technical skills and ensuring the Go-to-Market team can effectively articulate product value amid new launches. You'll leverage enablement tools for ongoing learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct training on technical differentiators and integrations • Partner with product teams for value-driven communications • Establish and maintain demo environments for training • Lead programs to boost pre-sales technical excellence • Ensure feedback loops for continuous improvement
