Production and Materials Coordinator at Bakery (Toronto)

This role, reporting to the Bakery Leader, requires excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to coordinating production schedules. You will ensure high inventory accuracy and tackle any discrepancies while working alongside the operations team, making a direct impact on bakery performance.Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate bakery production flows Perform cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods Achieve over 98% inventory accuracy Monitor and manage expiring materials proactively Escalate chronic discrepancies to the central planning team Requirements

Experience in production planning within a manufacturing context Bachelor's degree or diploma in Operations Management or related Robust leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work flexibly across various shifts Knowledge of SAP beneficial
