Transportation Analyst Techtronic Industries Inc., Milwaukee. Full‑time, Permanent, Ajax Logistic Centre / Toronto HQ, Level P1.

Reporting to the Logistics and Transportation Manager, the Transportation Analyst must possess passion, initiative and drive. This position requires the ability to build customer‑centric relationships while communicating TTI's commitment to excellence. You must possess a Team First attitude, interacting with your peers positively to bring the best out of them and yourself. Your passion for knowledge, both product and business, will help you meet your required objectives.

This role will be based onsite at our 3PL partner and will drive transportation operations in the Canada DC while managing carriers and compliance. The ability to prioritize and get the job done while managing the impact versus activity equation is vital.

It is expected that you will be an outstanding communicator, both internally and externally; you will consistently bring suggestions and solutions to the table, rather than problems. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI is required.

What You Will Do

On‑site DC accountability for domestic freight operations – right truck on the right lane

Scheduling carriers

Follow up on any carrier operations issues/timing

Filing claims for damaged or lost product

Support freight invoicing approvals

Maintain local relationships with terminals and dispatch

Service hub support for transportation

Special executions, rail requirement, large marketing events, etc.

Work with the business on volume fluctuations

Have a continuous improvement mindset for cost savings while still providing best‑in‑class service to our customers

What You Will Bring

3–5 years of transportation experience required

Post‑secondary education: Bachelor’s degree in transportation, operations, logistics or supply chain preferred

Read, write and speak fluent English

Must possess effective business communication and presentation skills
