Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist to provide 24x7 support for critical enterprise applications including ECIF, EPM, ERDP/RDM, and EAS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production support, ETL processes, SQL querying, incident management, and application monitoring in enterprise environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, troubleshooting production issues, monitoring APIs and batch jobs, and collaborating with development and business teams to maintain operational continuity and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications and critical business systems.
Monitor system health, application performance, and API calls for Online Services.
Analyze Dynatrace logs and troubleshoot production incidents.
Perform root-cause analysis and incident resolution using ServiceNow and JIRA.
Execute SQL queries and UNIX commands for data validation and issue resolution.
Support ETL workflows and monitor batch jobs using ESP/Autosys.
Ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs and production activities.
Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
Maintain process documentation, incident reports, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Follow ITIL standards for incident, problem, and change management.
Participate in on‑call support and production deployment activities.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Production/Application Support
ETL, Java, and SQL knowledge
Support Lead or Production Lead experience
Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis
UNIX/Linux command‑line expertise
Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA
API Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Batch Job Monitoring (ESP/Autosys)
Dynatrace log analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
Master Data Management (MDM)
DB2 Database knowledge
Automation and scripting experience
ITIL Process knowledge
Banking or enterprise domain experience
