Join Foresters in a dynamic Contracting Administrator role with a hybrid work model. This position focuses on managing contracting and licensing for producers while delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Contracting Administrator, you will handle the administration and processing of new producer/advisor contracting packages diligently. This includes coverage for phone queues to assist clients, as well as reviewing and completing contractual requirements diligently. You'll also engage in background check administration and ensure compliance with state and provincial regulations while serving as a key point of contact for inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:• Administer contracting and licensing for all distribution channels • Provide customer service support through phone queues • Process new producer/advisor contracting packages • Review and follow up on outstanding contractual documents • Conduct and adjudicate background checks with recommendations
Requirements:• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience • Knowledge of life insurance contracting in Canada and the US • Proficiency with PMACS and Microsoft CRM systems • Strong multitasking and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
