Key Responsibilities:• Address inquiries through calls, chat, and social media • Develop strong relationships with VIP clientele • Meet key performance metrics consistently • Execute outbound calls for promotional initiatives • Skillfully navigate systems to assist players
Requirements:• 2+ years in customer service with multi-channel experience • Flexible availability and comfort in hybrid environments • Strong computer literacy with multitasking ability • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach • Understanding of gaming or sports preferred
