Seaforth Building Group seeks a detail-oriented Project/Bid Administrator for a 6-month contract. Collaborate on bids and project documentation for ICI construction projects.
This temporary role at Seaforth Building Group focuses on overseeing the complete bid lifecycle, including tender reviews and documentation coordination. You'll work with various teams to compile and submit bid packages that meet client specifications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to manage responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the full bid lifecycle from initial review to submission • Review tender packages, contracts, and project specifications • Compile and submit bid packages to meet deadlines • Gather bid information from engineering and project teams • Review subcontractor quotations for accuracy and compliance
Requirements:• 2–4 years in construction administration or bid coordination • Strong understanding of tendering processes and contracts • Experience with online bidding and submission systems • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Valid G driver’s license for site visits
