Job Title Administrator II– Residential Servicing, Third Party Services Team
Reporting To Manager, Third Party Services
Job Type&Salary Full‑time. Salary Range: $42,471 – $57,780
Posting&Closing Dates Posting Date: May 29, 2026
Closing Date: June 12, 2026
Hours Of Work 8:30 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.
Grade&Location Grade: 6.5
Location: Toronto, ON– Steps away from the main public transit station

The Opportunity The Third Party Services Administrator is responsible for updating loan information, processing solicitor final reports, and auditing registered charges in accordance with Third Party guidelines.
How You Will Contribute
Update client and mortgage information in the internal mortgage system following policies and procedures.
Ensure registered documents are accurate, audit per Third Party guidelines, and request amendments when required.
Update internal mortgage system files with final report and registration details.
Follow 120‑day follow‑up procedure to obtain final report package from solicitors.
Liaise and answer external inquiries from solicitors and notaries.
Research and resolve discrepancies that arise.
Other duties assigned by management.
Adhere to policies and procedures to meet AML requirements when applicable.
The Experience You Need
Post‑secondary education and/or equivalent work experience (preferred).
Previous administration experience (asset).
Strong attention to detail.
Highly organized with ability to prioritize and multitask.
Demonstrated ability to work quickly and timely.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain calm focus during hectic periods.
Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to and meet team goals and objectives.
Working Environment and Physical Demands
Office environment.
Periods of high volume with tight timelines.
Long periods of stationary position/sitting.
Prolonged periods of repetitive movement (e.g., using keyboard and mouse).
Long periods of viewing a computer screen.
Multitasking may include speaking to customers on a telephone call while looking up information on a computer program.
