Key Responsibilities:• Greet and assist customers with inquiries • Process transactions accurately using different payment methods • Advise on products and services effectively • Support navigation of parking facilities and equipment • Maintain cleanliness of the customer service booth
Requirements:• 2 to 3 years in customer service roles • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal • Flexibility for weekend shifts and varied hours • Basic to intermediate computer skills • Ability to perform well under pressure
