Key Responsibilities:• Manage application custodianship and closing problem records • Conduct risk assessments and provide updates to the Risk team • Coordinate DR exercises and manage production mailbox inquiries • Review incident tickets for triage and analysis • Support production inquiries and investigate missing client names

Requirements:• 8-10 years of relevant experience required • Strong understanding of mainframe applications • Knowledge of API tools like Postman • Experience with BMM and asset compatibility testing • Ability to document technical processes and updates
