Key Responsibilities:• Manage incoming investor phone lines and email inquiries • Identify client needs and clarify requests efficiently • Support Sales team with administrative tasks and outreach • Maintain Global X CRM and knowledge repositories • Update regulatory reports and corporate swag inventory
Requirements:• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Preferred customer support experience in the financial sector • Active listening skills for positive client rapport • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively • Understanding or willingness to learn about Canadian Financial Markets
